What is Cut'ncrypt ?
Cut'ncrypt is a software, which will allow you mainly, to preserve the confidentiality of the information contained on your computer, in several ways.
What are the features of Cut'ncrypt ?
-Encrypt/Decrypt of files of any type in 128bits (system CAST128) with encoding of the password by "hash" in 128bits also (Haval).
-Split/Merge files.
-Split+Encrypt/Merge+Decrypt
-Encrypt/Decrypt text.
-Wipe files.
-Mass file rename.
-Detect updates.
-Languages available: English, Deutsch, Spanish, French, Dutch, Portuguese.

These algorithms are recognized like reliable and powerful.
Why 128 Bits and not more ?
128 bits is the maximum authorized in France, to go beyond this limit, one needs an authorization of the central Service of the information system security.
To break a key of 128 bits, these is 2128 combinations that it is a question of testing:
That is to say 340 282 366 920 938 463 463 374 607 431 768 211 456 combinations to be tested.
No case of breaking of a key of 128 bits was revealed up to now.

Qu'est-ce que Cut'ncrypt ?
Cut'ncrypt est un logiciel, qui vous permettra principalement, de préserver la confidentialité des informations contenues sur votre ordinateur, de plusieurs façons.
Quelles sont les fonctions de Cut'ncrypt ?
-Cryptage/Décryptage de fichiers de tout type en 128bits (système CAST128) avec cryptage du mot de passe par "hash" en 128bits également (Haval).
-Découpage/Rassemblage de fichiers
-Découpage+Cryptage/Rassemblage+Décryptage
-Cryptage de texte.
-Suppression sécurisée de fichiers (j'entend par là non récupérable par le commun des individus).
-Renommage de fichiers en masse dans un répertoire.
-Détection et proposition d'installation de mise à jour s'il y en a une de disponible.
-Langues disponibles: Français, Anglais, Allemand, Hollandais, Espagnol, Portugais.

Pourquoi 128 Bits et pas plus ?
128 bits est le maximum autorisé en France, pour aller au-delà de cette limite, il faut une autorisation du Service central de la sécurité des systèmes d´information.
Pour casser une clé de 128 bits, c'est 2128 combinaisons qu'il s'agit de tester :
Soit 340 282 366 920 938 463 463 374 607 431 768 211 456 combinaisons à tester.
Aucun cas de cassage d'une clé de 128 bits n'a été révélé jusqu'ici.
